New ALLROUNDER is entering production

09.07.2019

It was quite impressive when on July 9, 2019, both the new ARBURG injection moulding machine including printing system as well as four new exterior material silos were delivered and installed. Four heavy transports made their way to Jägersgrund 8 in Schameder on this day.

After we inspected the new ALLROUNDER 720 S 3200-2100 with closing Forces in June in Lossburg, it has now found its way into our production. Together with the integrated printing System using the Corona Printing Process, we can produce high-precision plastic parts up to a weight of 800g on this machine and have them printed directly afterwards.

The four new outdoor silos for our plastic granules, with a height of 12.5 meters also give an impressive picture. This investment creates the much needed space in production. The annually required 800t of granules, which were previously delivered in octagonal octabins, can now be stored in the outer silos. Each silo holds 25 tons of material.
